Authenticity Guarantee
At Watchbox Global, authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Every watch we sell is 100% certified authentic. We are not an authorized retailer, which allows us to source highly sought-after models that are often unavailable at boutiques or brand stores. Instead, we work with a trusted global network of collectors, vendors, and clients who deal directly with original manufacturers and authorized retailers.
Before any timepiece is listed, it goes through a rigorous authentication process. Our in-house watch experts carefully examine each piece to ensure it is genuine, in proper working order, and fitted with all original parts that match the manufacturer’s records. When you buy from Watchbox Global, you can do so with complete confidence that your watch is authentic.
Warranty
All watches purchased from Watchbox Global come with protection. Depending on the piece, your watch will either carry our complimentary 1-year limited warranty or the remainder of the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Our warranty covers mechanical defects that affect the watch’s function. However, it does not cover cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear, water damage, misuse, accidental damage, theft, or loss. Any modifications or third-party servicing after your purchase will void the warranty.
Please note that vintage watches may not always be eligible for warranty coverage due to age, rarity, and limited availability of original parts. In such cases, our team will provide guidance before your purchase so you know exactly what to expect.
