At Watchbox Global, we want you to feel confident when making a purchase. We understand that buying a luxury watch online is a big decision, so we’ve kept our return process simple, fair, and transparent.


Return Window

We offer a 7-day return period from the date your watch is delivered. If you decide the watch isn’t right for you, you can request a return within this timeframe.

To start a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the watch must meet the following conditions:

  • The watch must be unworn and in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
  • All original packaging, including the box, warranty card, manuals, tags, and accessories, must be included.
  • Any protective stickers or seals must remain intact.
  • The watch must not show any signs of wear, resizing damage, scratches, or tampering.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved watches
  • Special order or sourced-on-request pieces
  • Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

To request a return, contact our team with your order details. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to safely send the watch back.

All returns must be shipped using a fully insured and trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend following our packing instructions to avoid any damage during transit.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or not as described.


Inspection and Approval

Once your watch is returned, it will go through a full inspection by our team. This process typically takes 2–5 business days after delivery to us.

If the watch meets all return conditions, your refund will be approved. If not, the watch may be sent back to you.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:
2–5 business days for inspection
An additional 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

If the watch was purchased using cryptocurrency, refunds may be issued in the original currency or equivalent fiat value at the time of processing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different watch, the original item must be returned following the steps above, and a new purchase can be made separately.


International Returns

We accept international returns; however:

Return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your watch arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including covering return shipping costs if necessary.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under the standard return policy.


Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
