We provide free, insured expedited shipping on all luxury watch orders. If payment is received and verified by 3 PM ET, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), your order will ship the same day.

  • Orders valued at $10,000 or more ship free via FedEx Priority Overnight.
  • Orders valued at under $10,000 ship free via FedEx 2Day.

If you’d like to upgrade your delivery, you can:

  • FedEx 2Day → FedEx Priority Overnight: $25
  • FedEx 2Day or Priority → FedEx First Overnight: $150

Every order is shipped fully insured for its purchase price. An adult signature is required at delivery to ensure your watch is securely received.

International Inventory

Some of our watches are held in global locations. If your watch is located outside the U.S., it will first be shipped securely to our U.S. headquarters. The moment it arrives, we ship it to you the same day by the fastest available method.

Shipping Address Requirements

For your protection, we ship only to addresses registered with your credit card provider or PayPal. If you prefer delivery to an alternate address, it must be verified with your card company or PayPal before we can process your order.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

Certain countries are restricted from shipping. If your country doesn’t appear as an option at checkout, please contact our team for assistance. We also reserve the right to decline shipping to certain locations when necessary.

Shipping a Watch to Watchbox Global (Selling/Trading)

If you’re selling or trading a watch to us, we also cover the cost of free insured shipping. After you accept our offer, we’ll email you a prepaid FedEx shipping label with detailed packing instructions.

Packing Instructions (for full insurance coverage):

  1. Print your prepaid label.
  2. Use two new, sturdy boxes (double-boxing is required).
  3. Place your watch with accessories (tags, warranty card, box, papers) inside the first box.
  4. Place that box into the second, larger box.
  5. Attach the label securely to the outer box.
  6. Drop off the package at a staffed FedEx shipping facility or schedule a pickup. (Please note: Walgreens, Staples, Dollar General, etc. are not authorized FedEx centers. Using them will void shipping insurance.)

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International orders are sent via FedEx International Priority, with delivery times varying by country.

Please note:

  • Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Some charges may be collected by FedEx at delivery, in addition to any taxes collected by Watchbox Global at checkout.

Sales & Use Tax

As required by law, Watchbox Global collects sales tax on orders shipped to states where e-commerce sales tax applies. This list is continuously updated as more states adopt regulations. Taxes will be calculated at checkout..
